Park Central Hotel

We recently stayed at Park Central Hotel with a group booking of 8 rooms, and the experience was good from start to finish. The hotel itself is in a prime location right across the road from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included and consistently good. All the rooms were cleaned well, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. Every member of staff we encountered from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Grace at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. Her warmth and efficiency stood out and made a real difference. We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bournemouth!

I had a brilliant experience at this wonderful hotel :) Theresa was by far the best host and really added to our holiday experience! The location is amazing, a 3 minute walk to everything. Really lived up to its name, Park Central! Will definitely come back :)

Booked a midweek stay in February via Agoda for a bargain £47. A lovely warm room overlooking the sea; everything clean and tidy; friendly staff; breakfast okay; the location is great with easy access to the sea front and town: Exeter Road car park alongside hotel was £7:70 for 24hrs. Definitely recommend hotel and car park.

The hotel is centrally located, and was perfect for our one night stay to see a concert at the BUC (Right opposite the hotel). Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection including a delightful full English. Only faults I would say is, the bar closes at 22:30 on a Saturday night, after going to a concert at the BIC we got back to the hotel just before 22:30, and thought we’d like a night cap to become bar was closed. Perhaps 23:00 might be more appropriate?? Also, although the bedrooms were lovely and clean, they are very dated with the shower in the bath which got water everywhere!!. Think maybe modernising should be considered soon.

The room isn't bad and the breakfast is delicious and you are by the beach so location is good

Stayed in a disabled access room last week. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Only slight issue for my friend and myself was that the washbasin was a bit too low. However, the staff were wonderful. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Breakfast was good but only one fresh fruit. One thing to be aware of for disabled guests is the amount of inclines and ramps. There is an incline up from the car park, then quite a steep dogleg ramp to the hotel and a very steep ramp to the reception area. The walk out is all downhill to the gardens and the beach. I certainly couldn't have managed without a mobility scooter. But many thanks to the hotel for a lovely stay.

For the price I paid this place is great. Had I paid more I would’ve been more critical about details that didn’t really ruin my stay. Rooms are spacious, the breakfast omelette was delicious and reception staff was kind.

My friend and I booked two nights at the Park Central Hotel and decided to extend an extra night, as we enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, but the shower was a tad small. Breakfast was included, choice of full breakfast, omelette, fruits, natural yoghurt and cereal. Along with teas and coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which made our stay memorable. We would definitely come back again.
